                          CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


AROMAYOGA - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

Students are guided through a full body flow accompanied by the diffusion of carefully paired essential oils to lift and balance your energy in body and soul.  All levels.

BEGINNER PILATES - (ALL LEVELS)

Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. Additional props such as balls, rings, straps and light hand weights are used to enhance the practice.  No experience needed.

HUMP DAY YOGA RE-SET - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

In a mid-week slump? Tap into your energy to boost vitality and release mid-week stress. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to tackle the rest of your week. All levels welcome.

MONDAY MORNING MOVES - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

Slow and gentle, traditional poses are introduced in non-traditional ways to allow you to access poses and mindfulness to bring your heart closer to God. Perfect for those brand new to yoga .
 

ON THE BALL - ( ALL LEVELS)

A super fun workout like no other! You will literally and figuratively have a ball raising your heart rate as you move through fun cardio sequences using drumsticks and hand weights on the Swiss exercise ball. No experience needed for this super fun, dynamic, complete workout for body and soul. 


SOUL FLOW - (ALL LEVELS VINYASA YOGA) 

A slower-paced yoga practice incorporating grounding, yin and/or restorative poses while utilizing props to restore the body and soul.  Great for those returning from injury.  

 

POWER VINYASA  - (INTERMEDIATE) 
An athletic, breath-guided practice incorporating creative, intentional, dynamic sequences to advance your practice and help you create a balanced mind, body and spirit.  Arm balances and inversions explored. Not for those brand new to yoga, or injuries; at least one year of regular yoga practice recommended. 
 

RELEASE WITH YIN- (All LEVELS YIN YOGA)

A slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga is practiced without a warm-up because it is focused on connective tissue as opposed to muscles. Great for athletic recovery as well as those who want to bring balance to their joints,  connective tissue and energy level. No experience needed. 


ROLL & RELEASE - (ALL LEVELS)
In this guided class you will utilize various tools and techniques to release tension and stiffness in the deep tissue of your upper and or lower body due to athletic training, injury, repetitive movement or lack of movement. Gentle stretching is added to aide in re-hydrating and smoothing connections between the deep tissue. Change your tissue, change your life!

SIT YOUR ASANA DOWN (CHAIR YOGA )

Chairs are utilized in this specialty class to bring the great joy of Holy Yoga to people of all ages and abilities through physical worship, breath and mediation. Great for those returning to their practice from injury.


TEEN YOGA SERIES  - (ages 11- 15) 

Designed for teens to explore yoga, build-self esteem and lasting friendships.

Women's SOUL CARE CIRCLE - (ALL WELCOME) 

Enjoy coffee, tea and pastries in community while being guided through various spiritual disciplines that help you grow closer to God as you understand God to be. 


WALKING CLUB (ALL WELCOME)

Weekly routes will be explored weather permitting.  Join our Walking Club Group housed on our website to be notified of locations and times.
