                          CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AROMAYOGA - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

Students are guided through a full body flow accompanied by the diffusion of carefully paired essential oils to lift and balance your energy in body and soul.  All levels.

BEGINNER PILATES - (ALL LEVELS)

Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. Additional props such as balls, rings, straps and light hand weights are used to enhance the practice.  No experience needed.

BOUNCE! - ( ALL LEVELS)

Have fun getting in shape by rebounding on your own mini-trampoline. Health benefits include: weight loss, gentle on joints, increased bone density, improved balance and coordination, improved blood sugar levels, increased pelvic floor health, improved immune system and drainage of lymph, healthy bones and muscles and is for all ages and abilities.

CANDELIGHT VINYASA - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

A slow flowing vinyasa practice incorporating intentional breathwork, and a combination of yoga sequences designed to melt your physical, mental and spiritual stress away.

MONDAY MORNING MOVES - (ALL LEVELS YOGA) 

Slow and gentle, traditional poses are introduced in non-traditional ways to allow you to access poses and mindfulness to bring your heart closer to God. Perfect for those brand new to yoga .

SOUL FLOW - (ALL LEVELS VINYASA YOGA) 

A slower-paced yoga practice incorporating grounding, yin and/or restorative poses while utilizing props to restore the body and soul.  Great for those returning from injury.  

 

SUNDAY MORNING VINYASA  - (INTERMEDIATE) 
An athletic, breath-guided practice incorporating creative, intentional, dynamic sequences to advance your practice and help you create a balanced mind, body and spirit.  Arm balances and inversions explored. Not for those brand new to yoga, or injuries; at least one year of regular yoga practice recommended.

SIT YOUR ASANA DOWN (CHAIR YOGA )

Chairs are utilized in this specialty class to bring the great joy of Holy Yoga to people of all ages and abilities through physical worship, breath and mediation. Great for those returning to their practice from injury.


TEEN YOGA SERIES  - (ages 11- 15) 

Designed for teens to explore yoga, build-self esteem and lasting friendships.

 

YOGALATES (All Levels)

A combination of yoga postures with Pilates abdominal work. Ideal for those looking for core strengthening.

WOMEN'S SOUL CARE CIRCLE - (ALL WELCOME) 

Enjoy coffee, tea and pastries in community while being guided through various spiritual disciplines that help you grow closer to God as you understand God to be. 

 

BIBLE STUDY w/ BEVERLY (ALL WELCOME)

Various studies offered throughout the year. Always free. Check schedule for details. 


WALKING CLUB (ALL WELCOME)

Weekly routes will be explored weather permitting.  Join our Walking Club Group housed on our website to be notified of locations and times.
