New Fairfield Yoga & Wellness Anatomy Academy CEC Workshops

(For Yoga Teachers and Interested Yoga Students - CECs offered for Yoga Alliance and Holy Yoga Global)

For yoga teachers-in-training, yoga teachers, yoga therapists and yogis who want deeper knowledge of the shoulders, spine and hips.

Anatomy of the Spine with Beverly Steiger, MPH, E-RYT, YACEP --> December 4, 1-4 pm (worth 3 CECs)

Anatomy of the Hip with Beverly Steiger, MPH, E-RYT, YACEP --> January 22 , 1-4 pm (worth 3 CECs)
